Meet The Team
Co-Founder & Esthetician
Hi! I’m Jenan Youanes, a passionate esthetician and co-founder of SkinWorks. I’ve been an esthetician & laser practitioner for 17 years, and every step of the journey has been filled with growth, gratitude, and so much love for what I do.
Skincare, for me, is personal. It’s about more than just treatments. Whether it’s helping someone clear their acne, restore their glow, or simply find a moment of peace, I’m here to walk alongside them.
At SkinWorks, I pour my heart into every treatment, blending science, skill, and soul. Watching someone leave not only glowing, but also confident in their skin, that’s the true reward of what I do.
When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll probably find me traveling (my suitcase basically has its own passport at this point), spending time with my son, squeezing in a Pilates class, or getting lost in a binge worthy show.

Hello and welcome! I’m Nansi Kaskorkis, Co-Founder of SkinWorks and a dedicated Laser Practitioner with over 11 years in the aesthetics industry. With a Master’s in Human Resource Management, my passion has always been people—both in care and connection.
When we launched SkinWorks in 2021, our vision was more than just a med spa—we aimed to create a results-driven, client-centered space where science meets care. What started with one machine and a shared dream has grown into a thriving practice, thanks to the trust and support of our amazing clients.
Every treatment I provide reflects my commitment to quality, continuous learning, and personalized care. Your skin goals are my priority, and it’s a privilege to be part of your journey.
Outside of work, I’m a proud wife and mom who loves family time. I also enjoy staying active and unwinding with a glass (or two) of wine. Thank you for allowing us to do what we love every day. We’re just getting started, and the best is truly yet to come.
Nansi Kaskorkis
Licensed Esthetician & Hair Removal Specialist
I’m Alandra, a licensed esthetician at SkinWorks Med Spa with a passion for helping clients feel confident in their skin. I began my journey in the beauty industry as a receptionist and fell in love with helping people feel confident. In 2022, I became a licensed esthetician to take a more active role in client transformations.
I specialize in skin treatments and laser hair removal, and I truly enjoy building lasting relationships with my clients. Outside of work, I love Pilates, spending time with my fiancé and loved ones, and trying new foods.
I look forward to helping you glow inside and out!

Hi, I’m Mariam! I started my journey in laser hair removal because I believe in the confidence, freedom, and convenience it can bring to everyday life. After experiencing the benefits firsthand, I was inspired to help others feel that same smooth, carefree transformation.
What I love most about my work is building real connections with clients and being part of their confidence journey. I'm here to offer support, tips, and encouragement every step of the way.
Outside of the treatment room, you’ll find me traveling, shopping, or spending time with my loved ones—making memories and enjoying life to the fullest.

I'm Samantha, a licensed esthetician and passionate skincare advocate since 2021. My own struggles with skin and self-confidence sparked a deep love for this industry. I know how transformative healing your skin can be—because I’ve lived it.
Now, I help others feel that same shift through personalized, results-driven treatments designed to boost both skin health and self-esteem. My mission is to make every client feel seen, supported, and truly radiant.
When I’m not in the treatment room, I’m likely at Pilates, spending time with family, or getting hooked on a good TV series.

I'm Natalee, a Licensed Esthetician and Hair Removal Connoisseur at SkinWorks Med Spa. After being diagnosed with PCOS and told I wouldn’t see results from hair removal treatments, I set out to prove otherwise
Since 2021, I’ve been helping clients at SkinWorks Med Spa as a Laser Hair Removal Specialist. In 2023, I took it further by becoming a licensed esthetician so I could treat skin concerns from all angles—whether it's unwanted hair, breakouts, or achieving that radiant glow.
I’m passionate about real results, lasting confidence, and creating a space where clients feel seen and supported. When I’m not in the treatment room, you’ll find me with family, making spontaneous plans with friends, or catching up on some well-earned sleep.

Hi! I’m Cassandra, and I oversee Human Resources at SkinWorks. My goal is to create a workplace where our amazing staff feels appreciated, motivated, and genuinely happy to come to work. I take pride in supporting our team through hiring, training, and day-to-day support—whatever they need to succeed and grow!
What I love most about my role is the people. Building real connections and watching our team thrive while delivering amazing care to our clients is the most rewarding part of what I do.
Outside of work, I love cooking and spending quality time with my family and my dog, Benji. I’m proud to be part of a company that truly cares about its people and clients, and I look forward to continuing our journey together.
